Straight Commission
* Best suited for: Introducer Partners
8 - 10% of the invoice amount (excluding disbursements)
    Tiered referral bonus:
    • 8% for 1 - 3 referrals per year
    • 10% for 4+ referrals per year
    Partner Special Rate (Markup Model)
    * Best suited for: Regulated Partners (law, accounting, or CSP firms bundling incorporation and compliance services),
    Koobiz provides services at 10% below the standard rate
    Partner adds markup (recommended maximum 15%) and bills the client directly
    Fixed Referral Fee
    * Best suited for: Introducer Partners (non-licensed introducers or consultants)
    Fixed $ 200 - 400 per successful incorporation
